Eaton’s GEIS division is currently seeking a HR Programs Manager. This role is onsite in Syracuse, NY or Moon Township, PA. Relocation is provided within the United States. Eaton's GEIS North America business represents a sales volume of $1.6B and approximately 2,500 employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Programs Manager to lead initiatives in talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and other HR programs for the GEIS North America group. The role will also serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on HR support to specific functional leaders and employees. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our workforce by aligning talent to future business needs, optimizing organizational structures, building leadership and skills capabilities, and driving HR programs to scale our business.
