You will own programs end-to-end: from concept to design to execution to measurement—shaping how our people experience Corgan across the entire employee lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of employee experience, engagement, inclusion & belonging, and firm culture. You’ll bring a strong point of view, curiosity, and the discipline to turn strategy into reality while building trust and alignment at every level of the organization.
