Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. As a Product Manager, you will: Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap. Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and break down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined group of Human Resources technology products in the talent acquisition (recruiting, hiring and onboarding) space. Supports product strategy development and drives execution of the product roadmap according to articulated OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Following agile methodology, the Product Manager prioritizes the pre-hire, employee and manager experience while working with configuration, analytics, risk and other teams to deliver business and customer outcomes.
