About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for an HR - People Experience in Chicago, IL. This role will drive projects and tasks to improve Time & Attendance Processes at the site, streamline and harmonize the I-9 process, create SOPs, and build T&A capabilities for managers. The position also involves developing and standardizing local processes for Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Absenteeism Management, and working with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels to drive projects and focus areas.

Requirements

• Proficient in working with various People data and metrics and deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses
• High Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to analyze problems down to the root cause and balance between immediate fixes and developing long term systemic solutions to frequently occurring problems processes and enhance our capabilities.
• Ability to influence and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify key drivers and enroll in action plans information.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects/ tasks in service of improvement of Time & Attendance Processes at the site
• Drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing I-9 process
• Create SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the process
• Develop and standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism Management
• Work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the org to drive projects and focus areas
