About The Position

Westborough Country Club is a private member-owned country club with a full membership and a three-year waitlist. The club employs 85 people year-round and expands to 220 employees during the summer. This part-time HR/Payroll position is responsible for overseeing payroll processing, employee records, on-boarding, benefits administration, and providing general HR support. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll, maintains compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and acts as a resource for employees on HR and payroll matters. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential.
