The HR/Payroll Systems Analyst is a senior-level technical and functional expert responsible for the configuration, security, and ongoing support of an enterprise HR/Payroll application (e.g., PeopleSoft-based). This role performs highly advanced consultative services and technical assistance to ensure the system produces accurate data, operates securely and efficiently, and adheres to applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. The analyst manages role-based access and segregation of duties, supports complex deployments and upgrades, provides Level 2 service desk support, and actively participates in security, compliance, audit, and disaster recovery activities. The role works under minimal supervision, using extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while following established processes and procedures.
