About The Position

Orchard Villa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Oregon, Ohio. This position plays a key role in supporting our employees, payroll processes, recruitment efforts, and daily HR operations within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Requirements

  • Previous HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred
  • Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll/HR systems
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Process and assist with weekly/bi-weekly payroll functions
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Track attendance, PTO, and staffing documentation
  • Assist employees with payroll and HR-related questions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Support management with administrative and clerical HR duties
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
