About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR (H.E.R.O.) team. This is a full-time, in-person role working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team player with a positive can-do attitude, excellent judgment, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll and resolve compensation-related issues.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide ongoing support.
Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist the COO in market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Maintain and process monthly insurance billings.
