We are partnering with a well established and growing organization in the construction sector to identify a highly skilled HR/Payroll Administrator. This will be a key role supporting both payroll operations and HR compliance initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and has a strong understanding of payroll processes within construction or field-based industries. The HR/Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 150 employees, while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, including Alabama state laws. This individual will also play a critical role in supporting HR-related functions and maintaining internal compliance standards.
