About The Position

A dealership is seeking an Experienced HR/Payroll Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR/Payroll experience in the Automotive Industry and be looking to further their career. Requirements

  • Past automotive experience required
  • A least five years of HR and/or Payroll experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally in one-on-one situations to employees
  • Comfortable with processing payroll for at least 180 employees
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn company software
  • Clean and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred

Responsibilities

  • Compile payroll data
  • Prepare and issues paychecks, direct deposits, and fund transfers for payroll
  • Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions
  • Maintain records for vacation eligibility
  • Manage relationship with Insurance and 401k providers to ensure benefits compliance for all new hires
  • Process benefit statements
  • Prepare reports for any injuries for employees or customers
  • Process all child support or judgments received for employee withholdings
