The ideal HR Operations Supervisor – HRIS & Benefits will be equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. The HR Operations Supervisor – HRIS & Benefits is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day the administration of employee benefit programs and the management of the Information Systems for the Dollywood Company and to comply with applicable regulations on matters relating to company sponsored benefits programs and HRIS. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
