We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support a large-scale HR operations rollout for a well-known retail organization. This role is best suited for someone who can operate in a fast-moving environment, handle Tier 1 HR support, work through operational issues with good judgment, and help improve process flow and documentation along the way. This is not a basic admin seat. We need someone who can think, communicate clearly, stay organized, and help bring structure to a changing environment. The duration is likely 4–6 months, with potential extension based on business need. The schedule is standard business hours; some roles may support later-day coverage (8AM-5PM EST, 9AM-6PM EST, or 11AM-8PM EST).
