The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the company's HR operational infrastructure, including payroll administration, HR systems, compliance, workforce reporting, employee data management, and process standardization. This role serves as the central owner of HR operational excellence, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient processes across multiple business entities and locations. The HR Operations Manager partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to establish consistent practices, strengthen compliance, improve workforce data visibility, and support organizational growth. The role will be instrumental in developing standardized HR processes, governance, and reporting capabilities that support both organic growth and future acquisitions.
