This role serves as the intake, coordination, and operational backbone for Associate Relations while also providing support for Workday HCM processes. Its purpose is to ensure work flows efficiently, Workday transactions and data are accurate and consistent, and operational requests are handled through clear intake and prioritization. By absorbing transactional, coordination, and system-related work, this role enables HR Business Partners to focus on high-judgement, strategic, and advisory activities in support of the business.
