This role involves analyzing workforce data, optimizing HR processes and systems, and providing consultative guidance to support decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle. The role includes building and maintaining dashboards and reports, identifying trends and risks, creating executive presentations, optimizing HR systems through automation and enhancements, and improving HR workflows for efficiency and accuracy. The analyst will leverage analytics, benchmarking, and AI-enabled tools for continuous improvement.
