GCM Grosvenor is seeking an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support employee engagement, internal communications, culture initiatives, and HR operations activities across the firm. This role will partner closely with the Employee Engagement Associate and broader HR Operations team to help coordinate programs, communications, events, and compliance-related processes that contribute to a positive employee experience and support the firm’s people strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is well-suited for someone early in their career who is interested in employee engagement, culture, communications, and HR operations. As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.
