Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • SHRM Certified (SHRM - CP or SHRM - SCP)
  • 7 years of progressive HR Experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR management role.
  • Experience in leading, managing / influencing a team of HR professionals.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using standard office and field communications equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers w/scanner and fax, and radios.

Nice To Haves

  • 8-10 years of progressive HR Experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR management role.
  • Experience coaching senior managers on human resource principles
  • Previous experience designing, developing, and delivering impactful business solutions and programs, preferably in both corporate and global environment
  • Proven capability in connecting company strategy and strategic initiatives to function specific organization design efforts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Prior experience with Workday
  • Proven people agility and ability to navigate through ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manufacturing and Fleet functions within Supply Chain for the Permian region.
  • Lead HRBP for the Manufacturing Operations at the Odessa Plant and Lead HRBP for NAL Field Operations with a dedicated Senior HR Rep supporting the Permian Fleet Operations business with day-to-day HR activities.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives across the region, taking into account the complexities and nuances of the regional landscape and diverse cultural contexts.
  • Lead regional HR teams across multiple locations, fostering professional development, providing coaching and training, and promoting collaboration and engagement within the team.
  • Proactively engage with senior management to support driving strategic business priorities opportunities, issues and trends.
  • Collaborate with front-line managers to deliver a customer-focused HR service, supporting all aspects of employee relationships and engagement including develop human performance improvement solutions that align with strategic business initiatives, company-wide initiatives, capability gaps, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters, including performance, absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, rewards, talent development, HR policies, and employment law, ensuring compliance and fair outcomes.
  • Oversee talent development and succession planning programs across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local HR requirements and employment laws across the regions, taking into account local regulations and adapting HR practices accordingly.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and external partners to ensure thorough and equitable hiring practices.
  • Conduct internal process audits to ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness, including employee data, payroll input, documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Analyzes data and identifies trends and organizational gaps to support changes to program for process improvement.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs across the regions, supporting global initiatives and leading local projects.
  • Engage with local industry forums to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Partnership with and act as an advisor to employee resource groups in the region.
  • Provide support to the HR team and leaders on HR mega processes (merit, bonus payouts, etc.)
  • Consults with other HR business partners in the region to establish best practices
  • Coaches and mentors other HR Business Partners
  • Utilize Workday data to drive business recommendations and build scorecards/analytics for decision making purposes
  • Effectively manage projects to ensure they are on track and delivered to the agreed-upon level of quality.
  • Defines measures of success and effectively monitors effectiveness of solutions.
  • Researches and shares internal and external best practices.
