Bennett Thrasher is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative HR Manager, focused on HR system administration and general compliance, to join their high-caliber People Team. This role will impact HR operations and services for approximately 500 partners and associates. The ideal candidate is looking to join an exceptional, growth-oriented firm focused on its People-First culture. The HR Manager will ensure the implementation of HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include leveraging HRIS platforms, reporting and analysis, compensation data analysis, compliant employee recordkeeping, oversight of employment processes from onboarding to offboarding, and maintaining data integrity in the HCM. This role also involves collaborating with other departments, liaising with external parties, and will serve a critical function in the annual compensation process, ensuring fair and competitive practices.
