Delivering first-tier HR consultation to managers and employees on a broad spectrum of HR programs and initiatives supporting HR best practices, workforce planning, global mobility & immigration, succession management, talent acquisition, and retention. Providing input on the configuration, deployment, content development/maintenance of systems supporting HR Solutions delivery tools or systems. Managing specialized HR programs, projects or solutions, including, but not limited to, Communication and Change Management, HR Process and Project Management, Global Mobility, M&A, and HR Policy and Compliance, and other programs that support HR's overall global program approach. Manage relationships with third-party vendors. Exercising complete autonomy and decision-making as it relates to daily responsibilities and all assigned projects.
