About The Position
As an HRLP Intern at Lennox, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, hands-on experience that mirrors the responsibilities of our full-time HR Leadership Program. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders on meaningful projects that span multiple HR disciplines. This role requires current enrollment in a Masters of HR or MBA program and is considered entry-level, developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human Resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Geographically mobile and open to relocation
