About The Position

Build your HR career with real, hands-on experience. Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a motivated candidate to join our HR team as a part-time Human Resources Intern. This role offers genuine exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and the daily operations of a professional HR department, supported by a team invested in your growth. This position offers $23-$25 per hour on a flexible three-day-a-week schedule. You will work directly with our HR Manager on meaningful projects that provide practical, resume-building experience. Requirements

Senior or recent graduate currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

Organize, scan, and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
Track employee attendance, call-outs, and timekeeping data.
Assist with resume screening, support the candidate selection process, and help maintain recruitment and hiring tracking systems.
Prepare documentation for new hire onboarding.
Support employee recognition programs.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
