Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing master’s degree in human resource or equivalent major
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks.
• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment - even remotely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Learn the basics of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, from sourcing to closing offers.
• Participate in sourcing and recruiting projects with our talent acquisition partners to learn more about the business.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the phone screening and onsite/virtual interviews as needed.
• Screen inbound resumes and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
• Help recruiting partners to build a pipeline of engineering talent to meet business needs and priorities.
• Partner with recruiters for job description analysis and understand the requirements.
• Source qualified candidates by using multiple recruiting channels.
• Assist in human resource operations activities.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $18 - $20 Hourly
• Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on many factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
