Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting efforts for hourly positions, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination
  • Assist employees with basic HR-related tasks and questions
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, document organization, and record maintenance
  • Help build presentations and prepare materials for meetings and projects
  • Provide data support, including tracking, updating, and organizing HR information
  • Assist the HR team with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.
