As an HRLP Intern at Lennox, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, hands-on experience that mirrors the responsibilities of our full-time HR Leadership Program. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders on meaningful projects that span multiple HR disciplines.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human Resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Geographically mobile and open to relocation
Requires current enrollment in a Masters of HR or MBA program.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
