The HR Lead Trainer is responsible for conducting and supporting training, compliance, and staff development. This position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. The HR Lead Trainer assists with the supervision and coordination of the training team in collaboration with the ER/Training Manager and works with other HR team members as needed to support training quality, consistency, and compliance. The HR Lead Trainer may interact with program participants and must be familiar with the Guiding Values issued by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). At all times, the HR Lead Trainer is expected to act in accordance with those principles and values and uphold the agency’s mission.
