About The Position

Faeth Therapeutics is a clinical-stage oncology company listed on Nasdaq that recently raised $200M in funding. With a strong scientific foundation and a founding team that includes the discoverer of our target pathway, we are advancing PIKTOR, a multi-node PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitor program, toward multiple near-term milestones. The HR Lead will own all aspects of Human Resources, People Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Compliance, and Employee Relations. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment and enjoys building scalable processes while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Experience managing compensation programs, benchmarking, and equity administration.
  • Experience administering HRIS systems and payroll processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting venture-backed or high-growth biotech companies.
  • Experience with Radford compensation surveys and benchmarking.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors and Compensation Committees.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience managing immigration processes and employment-related legal matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and support.
  • Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and market analyses.
  • Own equity administration and equity planning processes.
  • Manage annual compensation review cycles and salary adjustments.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s 401(k) program, including establishment and administration of a 401(k) committee.
  • Serve as system administrator for HRIS platforms and related people systems.
  • Manage payroll preparation and coordinate with payroll providers.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Oversee leave administration, including parental, medical, and other protected leaves.
  • Lead and administer the annual performance review process.
  • Lead learning and development programs that support employee growth and leadership development.
  • Lead company-wide communications and employee engagement activities.
  • Organize and facilitate All Hands meetings, team lunches, happy hours, and company events.
