About The Position

The HR Business Partner for IT is responsible for providing comprehensive HR functional support to the IT organization. This role involves managing a variety of HR functions such as recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and developing HR policies and communication programs, specifically tailored to the IT sector.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in HR and IT.
Intermediate professional level experience, with the ability to work independently on complex projects.
Strong knowledge of the IT industry and business functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
Experience in developing HR policies and conducting training programs.

Responsibilities

Provide recruiting support, including college recruiting, and maintain accurate employee personnel records.
Consult on performance management and organizational/personnel issues.
Manage compensation and benefits programs and address employee and labor relations issues, including AAP and EEO matters.
Assess training needs, design, and present training programs.
Conduct grievance and arbitration investigations and assist in labor contract administration and negotiations.
Interact with department heads, supervisors, and employees on HR-related issues, including personnel policies and procedures.
Develop and administer enterprise-wide HR policies and maintain employee communication programs.
Work independently or as a project team member on complex projects in the IT environment.
Coach junior HR staff as needed.
