About The Position

OPmobility is hiring an HR Intern for its Chattanooga, Tennessee facility. The intern will support plant HR activities across recruitment and employee relations, health and safety, training and development, and payroll and benefits. The role also includes job shadowing shift managers, developing and delivering an HR-related project, and participating in continuous improvement tools and initiatives.

This is a fixed-term internship. Candidates should be able to work 20–30 hours per week to accommodate their class schedule. The expected hiring date is October 2026. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20–30 hours per week to accommodate a class schedule.

Responsibilities
