Interns will be provided thoughtful opportunities to observe and participate in real-world examples of their in-class studies which includes various tasks and support of HR department’s systems, processes and daily activities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with an emphasis in a business related field and/or Human Resources

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office experience with strong aptitude in Excel
  • Sophomore year status or higher
  • Previous HRIS experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR programs and policies and process in the full talent life cycle.
  • Perform data entry, validation, reporting, and data manipulation in Excel or other HRIS system.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for employee and management events and meetings.
  • Act as back up to other department coordinators in talent acquisition, total rewards, etc.; including but not limited to activities such as new hire orientation, badges, travel, interviews, communication, etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks, confidential filing and HR operational support as directed.
