We are expanding our presence in the US market and seeking a HR Administrative Intern for a temporary 4-month appointment. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship, administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar administrative systems.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Interest in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or employee experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree or recent graduate-level education is preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires, including scheduling, document collection, and new hire communications.
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including employee data updates, personnel file maintenance, and HR system support.
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and employee communications across corporate and retail teams.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
  • Support HR inbox management and route employee inquiries to appropriate team members as needed.
  • Assist with processing employment-related paperwork and tracking completion of required documents.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave administration support tasks as directed by the HR team.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, presentations, and other HR administrative materials.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, and internal events.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and business information.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative support duties as assigned.
