About The Position
The Human Resource Intern will support Valvoline Global Operations’ (VGO) HR teams. We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions through a structured rotational program. This internship provides exposure to Total Rewards, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics, allowing interns to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to key HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions, particularly talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software, HRIS, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site at VGO’s Cincinnati, OH headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Participate in HR rotations and support each team with ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and contribute insights to enhance HR processes.
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including document processing and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information.
