About The Position

Perform general HR duties with a focus on recruiting, rewards and recognition, process documentation, employee events, and special projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work well independently and as part of a team, detail oriented, technology savvy, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding tasks including coordinating new hire orientation, access requests, and general employee support
  • Assist with recruiting administration such as phone screens, scheduling interviews and preparing staffing contracts.
  • Support the intern program including recruiting, coordinating intern events, and maintaining data on intern program.
  • Aid with facilitating employee rewards and recognition program.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Assist with the administration of web-based HR tools.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Assist with planning and executing employee events.
  • Assist with HR projects, prepare HR reports and planning employee focused events as needed.
  • Provide front-line support for inquiries about benefits, policy and other HR processes.
  • Assist HR staff with execution of annual HR duties around compensation, benefits and performance management.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy updates
