The Human Resources Intern, under direct supervision of the HR Manager or Human Resources Director, provides administrative and project support for daily HR operations within a contract sheet metal manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding, compliance administration, policy administration, employee relations support, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related projects. This position offers hands-on exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources while supporting initiatives that promote employee engagement, compliance, productivity, and retention.
