About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist is heavily weighted with recruitment – handling the open position lifecycle which includes position postings, applicant tracking, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new employees. The HR Generalist utilizes platform methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, colleges / universities, community services, etc. The HR Generalist administers leaves, training, unemployment, workers’ comp, data reporting, comp changes, benefits and retirement plan administration, employee relations, performance management, employment credentialing and payroll processing. This is a specialized position looking for just the right team member to fit within a dynamic and energetic team.
