The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role manages multiple HR functions, including employee relations, offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and training. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field, and at least 3 years of HR and Manufacturing experience. A strong understanding of employment law, compliance, benefits, and payroll is essential, along with excellent data entry, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
