About The Position
The HR Generalist is responsible for general human resources administration. This part-time position is scheduled for 20–30 hours per week between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., at $25–$27 per hour. It may have the opportunity to become full time at some point. The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) hosts hundreds of events throughout the year, including major sporting events, conventions, and trade shows.
Responsibilities
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews for the HR team.
- Process paperwork for new hires and terminations.
- Assist with emails to the general HR email box.
- Enter and verify payroll items and process and verify salary and bi-weekly payroll.
- Scan, label, and upload documents to ADP.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
