About The Position

Iron Horse is seeking a driven and highly organized HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Beaumont, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with employees and leaders, solving problems, and helping an organization grow. The HR Generalist will play a major role in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, HR administration, and workforce coordination across the company. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, communicates well with all levels of the organization, and is not afraid to jump in and get things done. This position offers significant opportunity for growth as the company continues expanding operations and developing additional sites.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations Support, Administration, Education, Leadership, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative
  • Comfortable working with both hourly employees and operational leadership
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations is a plus
  • Industrial, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or blue-collar workforce experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting efforts for hourly, skilled trades, operations, and professional positions
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, onboarding, and new hire processes
  • Partner with operational leaders to support staffing and workforce needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR questions, concerns, and support
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related files
  • Assist with employee relations matters, policy administration, and performance management processes
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives and organizational development efforts
  • Assist with reporting, data tracking, and HR administrative functions
  • Support company recruiting branding efforts and community outreach initiatives
  • Help maintain an organized, responsive, and employee-focused HR department
