The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports the Human Resources Manager by handling the daily operational needs of the HR department. The HR Generalist applies established HR policies and practices to resolve routine employee issues, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to the HR Manager. The Generalist ensures accurate documentation and smooth HR workflows. A large responsibility will be to collaborate with the HR Manager and leaders across our organization to plan, source, interview and hire top talent.
