About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, engaged, and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role provides vital support to both the Human Resources and Facilities departments. In addition to providing front desk coverage during breaks and scheduled absences, this position contributes to the broader goals of the Human Resources department through administrative and operational support. Mid-level HR responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating employee training sessions, maintaining HR records and systems, supporting benefits administration, and helping to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for people-focused work to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5 years of progressive human resources experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality
