The Human Resources Generalist provides professional human resources support across multiple HR programs with an emphasis on employee relations support, benefits administration, recruitment, and HR operations. This position assists employees and supervisors with routine HR questions, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns while promoting a respectful and productive work environment. Employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes, are handled collaboratively with the Senior HR Director to ensure consistency and compliance with Tribal policies and employment regulations.
