HR GENERALIST
About The Position
Foundations for Living is a residential treatment center in Ohio, designed to meet the needs of severely troubled adolescents struggling with behavioral, emotional and psychological problems. The HR Generalist plays a vital role in the overall success of the facility. The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to the HR Director/Manager, related to facility and department goals and objectives. The HR Generalist assists in multiple areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management. This position allows the Generalist to be involved in all facets of Human Resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in healthcare HR preferred
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment preferred
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding of new hires
- Coordination of new employee orientation
- Management of personnel files for all staff
- Effective utilization of HRIS systems, ATS systems, and Learning Management systems
- Provides support to facility management in facilitating disciplinary actions and conflict resolution, under the guidance of HR Director/Manager
