An HR generalist is a person with a broad range of responsibilities which cover most of the HR functions. In this role, they will manage compensation changes in Paylocity, manage all benefits, open enrollment, and compliance. Another focus will be process improvement through our HRIS which covers everything related to people. They will be involved in the hiring process and interviewing, administering leave, and enforcing company policies. This role also involves the implementation of HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks.
