About The Position

numo llc is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the on-site HR resource, supporting day-to-day HR operations and leading full-cycle recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on role focused on executing key HR processes, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a positive employee and candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing recruiting coordination with core HR administration responsibilities. Experience with Paylocity (or similar HRIS/ATS) is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, with a mix of recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities
  • Experience supporting on-site HR operations strongly preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting offer process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines and ensure a smooth, efficient recruiting process
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and requisitions in the ATS
  • Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communications, and feedback tracking
  • Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive day-one experience
  • Help maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a strong candidate experience at all stages
  • Serve as the primary on-site HR point of contact for employees and managers
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Paylocity or equivalent)
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Respond to employee questions related to HR programs, policies, and procedures
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking review cycles and documentation
  • Assist with employee relations matters by documenting issues and escalating as needed
  • Help implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
  • Support internal HR reporting and basic data tracking (headcount, hiring status, etc.)
  • Utilize Paylocity (or similar system) for recruiting, employee data management, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruiting processes for efficiency and consistency
  • Maintain organized and compliant HR documentation and workflows
