This position is responsible for supporting the regional Beauty Site HRBP team in partnering with local management in the execution of the business strategy and implementation of Aptar practices within the site, in accordance with local laws, regulations, and applicable agreements. As an HR Generalist, you will act as an organizational steward and model of Aptar culture and core values. You will support the deployment of the HR strategy within the assigned site/facility, proactively support Site Management by providing expertise and guidance on any people-related matters across the employee life cycle, and support additional key local business projects and initiatives from a people perspective. You will drive and coordinate the application of the overall HR Agenda within the sites and implement the yearly HR calendar (activities such as salary planning, LGS, OED, performance review, objectives setting, talent review, etc.). You will deploy Aptar HR guidelines and tools developed by the CoE and Service Delivery and ensure they meet business needs. You will ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations, supporting business and regional HR Business Partners with expertise and guidance on personnel matters according to local laws (i.e., disciplinary, terminations, etc.). You will partner closely with the HR Service Delivery department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of administrative services to the site and liaise with Regional and Global CoE as appropriate. You will work with Talent and Learning Development on people matters such as workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, organization design, change management, and succession planning. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition for key recruitment initiatives and employer branding. You will partner with Learning & Development to define future training and development needs and provide training to the business sites offered by the HORIZON catalogue. You will deliver staffing solutions for local profiles, including temporary staff, relying on efficient partnerships with temporary work agencies and leveraging the support of HR Service Delivery where appropriate. You will utilize HR KPI’s to understand the level of service offered to the business and drive actions as applicable. You will act as the employee advocate and change agent, handling conflicts, fostering understanding, advancing ideas, and inspiring trust. You will ensure annual Talent Review and Individual Development Plan processes are completed in cooperation with Regional Talent Management. You will manage local training with Learning & Development and Corporate University. You will be involved in ongoing recruitment of talent, including employer branding with local universities, schools, and apprenticeship programs. You will develop temporary staffing agency relationships and manage safety and incidents (HR obligations deriving from workplace safety and health surveillance laws).
