About The Position

As the Human Resources Generalist at SEMCIL and Boundless, you will be working closely with leadership staff in the following functional areas: HR-related compliance management, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and investigations, and benefits administration. This is a hybrid position that is full-time and benefit eligible.

Requirements

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Support the development, interpretation, implementation, and communication of employment policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain required records and reports
  • Timely and accurately complete all compliance-related documentation, reporting, and/or distribution
  • Coordinate all stages of the employment cycle, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, organizational training, Workers' Compensation, unemployment, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, HR systems, required documentation, reporting, and other employment-related compliance requirements
  • Administer employee benefit and leave programs, including enrollment, employee education, required documentation, reporting, and coordination with employees and benefit providers
  • Administer established compensation practices
  • Support leadership in reviewing job descriptions, classifications, compensation structures, and internal equity
  • Coordinate employee accommodation requests and support the interactive process in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies
  • Coordinate performance management processes
  • Provide consultation and guidance to supervisors regarding employee performance, attendance, corrective action, documentation, and consistent application of organizational policies
  • Support cross-program collaboration and communication to promote effective use of organizational resources
  • Respond to employee relations concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and other employment-related issues, providing findings and recommendations to leadership as appropriate
  • Monitor HR practices, workforce trends, and compliance requirements
  • Identify concerns and recommend improvements to leadership
  • Professionally represent the organization when responding to employment-related inquiries, audits, investigations, hearings, or other external proceedings
  • Regular attendance and other duties as assigned
