Reporting to the Finance Manager, the HR Generalist is the operational backbone of the people function at Bauco. This role owns the day-to-day HR administration that keeps the company running smoothly: maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, administering benefits, and taking full ownership of our HRIS and payroll processes in ADP. This is a highly transactional, process-driven role for someone who takes genuine pride in accuracy, thrives on checklists, and brings order and consistency to people operations. You will work closely with functional managers, with support from our external HR partner for strategic and advisory functions.
