The HR Generalist III provides comprehensive HR support to a rapidly growing manufacturing site operating across multiple shifts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees and frontline leaders, ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices while driving engagement and operational excellence. The HRG II will coach supervisors and leads on leadership fundamentals, guide them through recurring HR processes, and assist with key activities such as onboarding, payroll, and timekeeping. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role. The ideal candidate is proactive in implementing improvements, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based on-site at our Salt Lake City, UT facility. This is not a formal hybrid or remote position.
