We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. Requirements

• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field and two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience as a Human Resources Generalist may be substituted.
• Have a minimum of two years of human resources experience in employee relations, training and/or employment and knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices and governmental licensing requirements.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all Human Resources functions for the site to ensure that the Human Resources goals and objectives are met.
