About The Position

We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time HR Generalist to support our team in delivering high-quality recruiting and HR services to our clients. This role will play a key part in both candidate sourcing and client-facing HR assistance. Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience working in a staffing or recruiting agency environment
Knowledge of general HR practices and employment processes
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms
Experience supporting multiple clients or business units

Nice To Haves

Bilingual
Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Gusto, Paylocity, Alliance, Zoho People, and Zoho Recruit

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of client roles
Manage job postings and proactively identify qualified candidates through job boards and sourcing tools
Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening interviews, and coordination of next steps
Support client HR needs, including general HR guidance and administrative support
Assist with onboarding processes and candidate documentation
Maintain accurate records of candidates and client activity in internal systems
Partner with internal team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of staffing services
Provide general HR administrative support as needed
