About The Position

The HR Generalist/Recruiter is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Human Resources. The HR Generalist provides professional-level support in achieving facility and departmental goals and objectives. This role supports multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, retention initiatives, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of work-related experience in a healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or related field
  • 1 - 3 years of work-related experience
  • Healthcare environment experience is a plus
  • HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Director of Human Resources with employee relations matters
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Coordinating new hire orientation
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Performing other duties as assigned
